Terri Eastman graduated from Montana State University with a degree in microbiology. Ms. Eastman spent eight years with Skyland Scientific Services, a pioneering company in the field of pharmaceutical validation consulting. In addition to supervising the in-house microbiology laboratory, she performed numerous on-site performance qualifications at pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. This experience not only furthered her microbiology expertise but also taught her valuable client relationship skills, which she exhibits to this day. Ms. Eastman joined the Nelson Labs Bozeman (formerly known as BioScience Laboratories) staff in 1997 and was quickly promoted to the position of Principal Study Director and Laboratory Manager. While at Nelson Labs, Terri has excelled at collaborating with the sponsor's scientific staff to design relevant and scientifically sound studies to challenge a wide range of antimicrobial and disinfectant products. In addition to her duties at Nelson Labs, Terri is a contributing member of the ASTM E35.15 Subcommittee, which develops standardized testing methods used in the topical antimicrobial and disinfectant industries.
